All orders placed and packed before 2pm are sent via next day delivery.

Delivery

• Orders placed and paid before 1pm each working day will be shipped the same day.
• We aim to dispatch orders placed and paid before 3pm the same day however sometimes this is not always possible.
• All orders placed after the cut off will be dispatched next working day.
• We do not dispatch any items on Saturday or Sunday so any orders placed after cut off on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
• We do not dispatch any items on bank holidays. Any orders placed on a bank holiday weekend, will be dispatched the following Tuesday upon us re-opening.
• Once your order has been received, we will send you confirmation of your order via email.
• Orders over £150.00 will qualify for free DPD Tracked Next Day Delivery.
• Orders under £150.00 will not qualify for free shipping, but will still be sent via DPD Tracked Next Day Delivery.
• International orders will be sent via UPS (fees may apply depending on size/weight of delivery and location of order).
• For international orders the buyer assumes responsibility over their purchase once it has left our distribution centre. Please check your local laws, any items refused by customs in the country of delivery and those your purchase may travel through are out of our control and may be destroyed. Items not cleared through customs may be returned to us or they may be destroyed by customs at their discretion. In the event of a missing international order that is not returned to us we reserve the right to not issue a refund or replacement.

Please note:

Refunds are only issued on unused items in its unopened/undamaged packaging. If your item is faulty we can only issue a replacement or a credit note. Items that have been returned as faulty will be sent back to you if we find nothing is wrong with the item or if the problem is due to your mishandling/abuse of the product. It’s your responsibility to return the items to us and needs to be done promptly at your cost.

Returns accepted up to 30 days from date of purchase, after 30 days a faulty item must be returned to the manufacturer directly.

A return will not be accepted for stock that has gone out of date in your possession.

These are pre-filled pod units designed exclusively for the IVG SAVR Pod Kit. Each pack contains a 2 ml pre-filled pod with built-in mesh coil, paired with a 4 ml refill container — so the device battery is retained and only the pod/refill unit is replaced.

The pods deliver approximately up to 3,000 puffs depending on draw style. They use 20 mg (2 %) nic-salt e-liquid, mesh-coil technology for flavour consistency, and a click-and-slide pod+refill system for ease of use.

Pods come at 20 mg nic-salt strength and are offered in a wide variety of flavours — over 30 different options including fruity blends, menthol/ice variations, and classic tobacco. This gives retailers the ability to stock a broad flavour range.

Because the device is reusable and only the pod/refill is replaced, these units encourage repeat sales every time a customer changes flavour. They simplify inventory (one device SKU and many flavour SKUs) while offering cost-effective, high-value refresh units for consumers.

They align with current consumer demand for upgraded alternatives to disposables — offering better value, less waste and strong brand backing (IVG). By stocking the flavour pods, shops can secure ongoing revenue as customers return for pod replacements rather than new devices.
