Orders

What payment methods do you accept?

UK Vape Supply Ltd currently offers wholesale customers the option of card payments or direct bank transfer.

What is your delivery/return policy?



Delivery

  • Orders placed and paid before 1pm each working day will be shipped the same day.
  • We aim to dispatch orders placed and paid before 3pm the same day however sometimes this is not always possible.
  • All orders placed after the cut off will be dispatched next working day.
  • We do not dispatch any items on Saturday or Sunday so any orders placed after cut off on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
  • We do not dispatch any items on bank holidays. Any orders placed on a bank holiday weekend, will be dispatched the following Tuesday upon us re-opening.
  • Once your order has been received, we will send you confirmation of your order via email.
  • Orders over £150.00 will qualify for free DPD Tracked Next Day Delivery.
  • Orders under £150.00 will not qualify for free shipping, but will still be sent via DPD Tracked Next Day Delivery.
  • International orders will be sent via UPS (fees may apply depending on size/weight of delivery and location of order).
  • For international orders the buyer assumes responsibility over their purchase once it has left our distribution centre. Please check your local laws, any items refused by customs in the country of delivery and those your purchase may travel through are out of our control and may be destroyed. Items not cleared through customs may be returned to us or they may be destroyed by customs at their discretion. In the event of a missing international order that is not returned to us we reserve the right to not issue a refund or replacement.

Returns

Please note:

Refunds are only issued on unused items in its unopened/undamaged packaging. If your item is faulty we can only issue a replacement or a credit note. Items that have been returned as faulty will be sent back to you if we find nothing is wrong with the item or if the problem is due to your mishandling/abuse of the product. It’s your responsibility to return the items to us and needs to be done promptly at your cost.

Returns accepted up to 30 days from date of purchase, after 30 days a faulty item must be returned to the manufacturer directly.

A return will not be accepted for stock that has gone out of date in your possession.

Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your order, you have within 14 days of receiving your order. Please find our online cancelation for here.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please use this form to cancel your order. Order cancellation can only be requested within 14 days of receipt of your goods.

Once cancellation notification is given you will have 14 days to return all cancelled items to us for a refund.

Products

How do I set up my new device?

A large number of our products offer a "how to set up guide" within the product's description, additionally, upon opening the device, you should find a manual within the packaging, if your chosen product does not have this, please feel free to call or use our "contact us" form and a member of staff will be happy to help.

What types of products do you stock?

At UK Vape Supply, we stock a wide variety of different products. From prefilled pod kits and refills, e-liquids, pod and vape kits, coils, pods, smoking accessories and our very own CBD ranges! All at the best prices!

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, an automated email will be sent including your tracking number. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk/spam folder before contacting us for more information.
